HARRIS, Judge. Appellant was convicted of burglary in the second degree and sentenced to a term of two years in the penitentiary. He was represented at arraignment and trial by court-appointed counsel. He was furnished a free transcript and trial counsel was appointed to represent him on appeal. The appointed attorney having failed to file a brief, this court appointed a lawyer to represent him and he filed briefs in this court on August 30, 1974.
